Liberty Dental Plan, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive II in West Virginia to manage a portfolio of clients and drive growth. You will serve as the primary contact for service delivery, lead renewal discussions, and work with internal teams to design benefits and resolve complex issues.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in health insurance client services, strong relationship-building and analytical skills, and a strategic mindset to deliver value-driven solutions and long-term client success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• 4+ years in health insurance account management, client services, or related field.
• Experience with mid-sized or complex client accounts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead contact for day-to-day client service and strategic account support.
• Develop and execute relationship management strategies aligned with client goals.
• Analyze plan utilization, performance trends, and client needs to advise on improvements.
• Lead renewal activities including option design changes and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with Claims, Eligibility, Provider Relations, and Finance to resolve issues.
• Mentor junior team members in client service and account management best practices.
