Qualifications

• 1+ years of programming/analytical experience with SQL.
• Experience in a data warehouse environment and handling large data sets from multiple sources.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities; able to present to diverse audiences.
• Strong collaboration skills within and across teams.
• Claims/Encounters experience in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Write simple to complex SQL queries, procedures, and reports for data analysis.
• Define, develop, and implement system enhancements to support business goals.
• Develop and execute test scripts; report outcomes or defects.
• Proficient in SQL; interpret results, conduct root cause analysis, and propose solutions.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver results.
• Establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
