CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, Informatics (Encounter Technical Analyst) to analyze and document data, perform root cause analysis, and create reports to support business needs within healthcare encounters.

Responsibilities include writing SQL queries, optimizing data workflows in a data warehouse, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree required; 1+ year of relevant experience preferred.

Formación

• 1+ years of relevant programming or analytical experience.
• Experience with SQL queries in a data warehouse environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to diverse audiences.
• Collaborative work across teams; stakeholder relationship building.
• Experience with healthcare claims/encounters.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and document business data and processes.
• Write and optimize SQL queries and reports (ad hoc and production).
• Identify system enhancements to support strategic goals.
• Assist in development and prioritization of system updates; execute test scripts.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver results.
