Job summary

The Ohio Colleges of Medicine Government Resource Center invites applications for a Reporting and Analytics Senior Analyst in the Population Health and Quality Improvement Analytics section. A successful applicant will engage in applied health services and population health research in a project-based, team setting.

Reporting and Analytics Senior Analysts primarily perform technical tasks, and in some cases contribute to project leadership and administration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree or 2 years with an advanced degree.
• Successful completion of a background check and pre-employment screening.
• Experience with quality improvement or population health research.

Responsibilities

• Develop and code quality measures and review EHR data from clinical sites.
• Analyze data and create quantitative reports and visualizations.
• Prepare technical reports, manuals and presentations for non-technical audiences.
• Review work from subcontractors and assist with IRB/data governance tasks.
• Design linkage strategies for connecting administrative datasets and work on dashboards.
