Qualifications

• Four years of experience in health, social, economic or rehabilitation programs.
• Bachelor's degree can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required experience.

Responsibilities

• Survey health care facilities/programs to determine compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Coordinate with team members in the survey process.
• Document findings and prepare reports with recommendations for corrective action.
• Perform follow-up visits to verify corrective actions within mandated timeframes.
• Assist field office management with survey work reviews.
• Participate in committees, tasks forces, and special projects.
• Attend required training; may act as a trainer.
• Participate in legal proceedings related to survey work, including informal dispute resolutions.
• Work as mission essential; weekend/holiday work may be required; disaster duties possible.
