The Arizona Attorney General’s Office Criminal Division / Health Care Fraud & Abuse Section (HCFA) is seeking a Senior Litigation Counsel with experience in investigating and prosecuting criminal cases. This role requires assisting the HCFA Section Chief and managing a large team of prosecutors handling complex fraud felony cases.

Responsabilités

• Manage a caseload of complex fraud cases, coordinating with law enforcement and issuing grand jury subpoenas when needed.
• Negotiate and draft settlements; coordinate, analyze, and respond to discovery; prepare and respond to pretrial pleadings.
• Handle all trial matters, including witness preparation, examination, cross-examination and argument; prepare and respond to appellate matters with extensive legal research.
