Marsh is seeking a Health Partner to join our Health & Benefits Consulting team in Washington, DC. This hybrid role requires in-office presence at least three days per week and involves leading complex client engagements, developing sophisticated benefits designs and renewal strategies.

You will drive tools and solutions, manage project scope and budgets, nurture client relationships, and contribute to revenue and profitability across accounts.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in health and benefits consulting.
• Experience leading client engagements and managing budgets.

• Excellent client relationship management.

Responsibilities
