Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12+ years of US health and welfare benefits consulting or brokerage experience.
• 5+ years underwriting experience for health and welfare benefit plans.
• 5+ years' experience managing multiple client projects concurrently.
• Ability to travel 0-30% based on clients and industry.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships, respond to emerging needs, and prepare decision-ready reports and presentations.
• Develop health and welfare benefits strategies and plan designs; apply market benchmarks and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze self-insured projections, claims and utilization data to support rate-setting and contribution decisions.
• Lead RFPs, vendor selection, renewal, negotiation, and implementation for medical, dental, pharmacy, life and disability programs.
• Manage project delivery, mentor junior professionals, and support broader health and welfare consulting initiatives.
