Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12+ years of US health and welfare benefits consulting or brokerage experience.
• 5+ years underwriting experience supporting financial analysis for health and welfare benefit plans.
• 5+ years managing multiple client projects concurrently.
• Ability to travel 0–30%.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships and prepare decision-ready reports and presentations.
• Develop health and welfare benefits strategies and plan designs using market benchmarks and regulations.
• Analyze financial projections and utilization data to support rate-setting decisions.
• Lead RFPs, vendor selection, renewal, negotiation, and implementation for medical, dental, pharmacy, life, and disability programs.
• Mentor junior professionals and manage project delivery.
