Mercer in Boston is seeking a Senior Health & Benefits Consultant to lead complex client engagements across medical, dental, pharmacy, vision, life and disability benefits, delivering strategic recommendations and innovative renewal designs.

You will mentor teams, negotiate with carriers, analyze financials with advanced Excel, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify growth opportunities. This role supports a hybrid model in the Northeast offices.

Formación

• BA/BS degree required.
• 4+ years of experience designing and implementing innovative health care benefit plans.
• Strong financial acumen and Excel proficiency.
• Recognized expertise and a strong reputation in health & benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex client engagements across medical, dental, life, disability, and other benefits.
• Research, analyze, and evaluate benefit programs to design renewal strategies.
• Build and maintain client relationships and provide strategic recommendations.
• Review RFPs and prepare executive summary reports.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate with stakeholders to identify growth opportunities.
