Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking an Employee Health & Benefits Sr. Client Manager in Newnan, GA. You will analyze renewal data, present findings to clients, and guide open enrollment and vendor implementations.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, 5–7 years of related experience, strong presentation and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office. A Life & Health license is required. We offer competitive benefits and a culture focused on integrity and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of related experience with multiple processes.
• Excellent presentation, written, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to learn Agency Management and Imaging Systems.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Life & Health resident agents license required.

Responsibilities

• Present in-depth renewal analyses (renewal underwriting, plan value analysis, contribution strategies).
• Participate in sales presentations and advocate the Client Manager role.
• Attend industry events and develop professionally within the industry.
• Prepare and present quarterly reports and year-end wrap-ups.
• Prepare/submit strategic assessments for clients and prospects.
• Prepare/send RFPs and lead renewal negotiations.
• Lead product/vendor implementations and open enrollment meetings.
• Develop communication materials with Creative department; ACA reporting support.
