Job summary

Responsibilities include translating needs into BRDs, guiding risk management, providing exec-ready updates, and mentoring team members to promote continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Business Analysis, Project/Program Management, Product Management, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading cross-functional business and technology initiatives.
• Strong analysis, facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience developing BRDs, process flows, and related documentation.
• Ability to independently manage multiple initiatives and priorities.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies and Jira/Confluence.
