CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance Insights & Decision Support in Hartford, CT. You will build Finance Intelligence capabilities, partner with Pharmacy Services Finance, and guide data-driven decisions at scale.

Lead investigations into trends, translate findings into executive-ready insights, and shape the function's future with a strong focus on mentoring and strategic impact. This is a full-time role with growth opportunities across the Finance organization.

Competenze

7+ years of analytics, finance, business intelligence, strategy, consulting, decision support, data science, or related field.
5+ years applying analytical techniques to business challenges.
2+ years leveraging AI-enabled tools, machine learning, advanced analytics, to support decision-making.
3+ years of leadership building, scaling, or establishing teams or initiatives.
Ability to travel up to 10% (including by plane).

Mansioni

Establish and evolve the Finance Insights & Decision Support methodology and standards.
Partner with finance and business stakeholders to identify challenges, gaps, risks, and opportunities.
Lead investigations into ambiguous questions and emerging trends.
Translate analytical findings into actionable insights and executive-ready recommendations.
Apply predictive analytics, ML, and forecasting techniques to business problems.
Define long-term vision, capability roadmap, and future structure of the function.
Mentor others and promote best practices across Finance Intelligence.
