Job summary

Highmark Health seeks a senior analytics professional to create data-driven insights that support the Quadruple Aim. You will aggregate, analyze, and present patterns from clinical, member, financial, and administrative data to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.

You will partner with clinical, administrative, operational and financial stakeholders, mentor colleagues, and lead analytics projects from design to dissemination.

Qualifications

• Data-driven discovery in clinical and population health analytics.
• Strong knowledge of coding languages and relational databases.
• Proven ability to communicate analytic insights to diverse audiences.
• Experience in healthcare analytics with payer/provider context.
• Leadership in matrixed environments and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, execution and dissemination of health analytics and reports using clinical, member, financial data.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure analytics align with priorities.
• Provide subject matter expertise and mentorship across the enterprise.
• Serve as a strategic business partner to inform decisions and opportunities.
• Manage multiple analytics projects from inception to completion.
