Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Nursing, Economics, Health Sciences, Informatics, Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology or Pharmacy or closely related field
• Master's Degree in Medicine, Public Health, Nursing, Economics, Health Sciences, Informatics, Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, Pharmacy or related field (preferred)
• 5 years of leading clinical/population health reporting and analyses
• 5 years with coding languages, analytical software and data
• 3 years of project leadership in a complex environment
• 3 years of analytical consultation to stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and disseminate clinical and population health analyses and reports
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure analytics are actionable
• Provide thought leadership and SME mentorship across the enterprise
• Lead matrixed teams to achieve organizational goals
• Other duties as assigned
