Job summary

Highmark Health in the United States seeks a data-driven analytics expert to translate complex clinical and population health data into actionable insights aligned with Quadruple Aim goals.

You will partner with clinical, administrative, operational and technical stakeholders to deliver reports and analyses, mentor junior analysts, and advance data-driven decision making across the organization.

Qualifications

• Must have led design, execution and dissemination of clinical and population health reporting and analyses
• Experience coding languages, analytical software, systems, tools using claims, clinical, enrollment and provider data
• Project leadership in a complex, matrixed environment (payer and/or provider preferred)

Responsibilities

• Supports design, development, execution, dissemination and interpretation of clinical and population health analyses, metrics and reports
• Establishes strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure analytics are actionable
• Serves as a strategic business partner with subject matter expertise
• Mentors Senior and Lead level analysts across the enterprise
• Other duties as assigned or requested
