Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in one of the specified fields.
• 6 years of data analysis experience in healthcare.
• 3 years supporting hospital operations or healthcare strategy initiatives.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL Server, SAS, Python, and/or R.
• Experience extracting and analyzing data using standard data management practices.
• Experience leading complex analytics projects and presenting findings to executives.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior analytics partner to hospital leadership, translating trends into strategic actions.
• Lead complex analytics projects and define requirements with stakeholders.
• Serve as lead analytics resource for hospital committees and initiatives.
• Design and perform advanced data analysis and dashboards.
• Develop innovative reporting solutions and data models.
• Collaborate on metric definitions and data governance with stakeholders.
• Lead data collection, validation, analysis, and visualization across projects.
• Provide mentorship on tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Drive continuous performance improvement aligning with system goals.
• Support achievement of operational excellence and system-wide objectives.
• Participate in professional development and perform other duties.
