Job summary

Apple Inc. seeks a Senior Analytics Engineer for Health Operations (MSO) in Cupertino, CA. You will own end-to-end measurement, design scalable data models, and deliver actionable insights that guide health services, adoption, and financial performance.

You will partner with clinical, operational, product, and engineering teams to translate data into strategic recommendations, build executive dashboards, and elevate analytics practices across the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in business insights or strategic analytics with leadership experience.
• Proven track record applying quantitative methods to evaluate product and operations.
• Ability to design end-to-end measurement frameworks and definitions.
• Influence with cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Translate complex problems into structured analytical recommendations.
• Advanced SQL and Python for data wrangling and analysis.
• Experience building executive dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data models and pipelines for health operations datasets.
• Own measurement frameworks and KPI systems for health operations.
• Conduct descriptive, diagnostic, and exploratory analyses of healthcare data.
• Define measurement plans for health service launches and track adoption and performance.
• Partner with health operations leadership to define goals and surface risks/opportunities.
• Build polished visualizations and executive reporting using Tableau or QuickSight.
• Champion analytics standards and adopt modern data science practices.
• Collaborate with data engineering to ensure scalable, self-serve analytics.
