Job summary

Apple Inc. in Cupertino seeks a Senior Analytics Engineer for Health Operations (MSO) to design end-to-end measurement plans, build scalable data models, and deliver executive-ready insights guiding health services and product launches.

You will partner with clinical, operational, product, and engineering teams to define KPIs, ensure data quality, and deliver polished visualizations that drive strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business insights, or strategic analytics with lead/senior IC role.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain production-grade data models and transformation pipelines for health operations data.
• Own design, development, and governance of analytical frameworks and KPI systems.
• Conduct descriptive, diagnostic, and exploratory analyses on healthcare datasets to uncover trends.
• Define and evaluate measurement plans for new health service launches and product features.
• Partner with health operations leadership to define goals and surface risks and opportunities.
• Build polished data visualizations and executive dashboards (Tableau, AWS QuickSight).
• Champion analytics best practices and adopt modern data science methods.
• Collaborate with data engineering to ensure self-serve analytics as a single source of truth.
