Qualifications

• Record of independently managing complex programs in academia or healthcare.
• Ability to translate priorities into executable plans across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with budgets, compliance, and sponsor-facing activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead program planning and execution with workplans, milestones, owners, and reporting.
• Coordinate research and operational activities across School of Medicine and Stanford Health Care.
• Manage meetings, document decisions, and elevate risks when needed.
• Represent programs in internal and external meetings within delegated authority.
• Build relationships with external partners and manage shared deliverables.
• Evaluate program performance and implement improvements to processes.
• Partner with finance and research administration to monitor budgets and funding risks.
• May direct project contributors or supervise staff.
