Marsh is seeking an experienced Health Actuary Leader to join our Actuarial and Financial Consulting team within the People and Investment business. This Sr.

Principal Lead Health Actuary Consultant will manage client projects focused on employers' health benefits strategies, including financial projections, plan design optimization, renewal negotiations, and benchmarking. You will lead deliverables, mentor analysts, and present findings to clients, while collaborating with senior client teams.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in actuarial science, math, statistics, finance or related field.
• 15+ years' experience in actuarial field; consulting experience preferred.
• ASA/FSA credential.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; proficient in MS Office.
• Proven project management skills and ability to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements in health benefits, including projections and plan design.
• Oversee financial evaluations, renewal negotiations and benchmarking.
• Review analyses for actuarial soundness and mentor junior staff.
• Develop deliverables and present findings to clients with senior team.
• Utilize AI and technology-enabled tools to enhance analyses.
