Job summary

FM Talent Source is seeking a Senior Project Analyst to support Head Start program operations, including budget, contracts, grants, and oversight.

This onsite/offsite role combines responsibilities across budget, reporting, and program administration in a collaborative environment. The position requires 5–7 years of progressive experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant area; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of progressive relevant experience.
• Experience with Head Start programs or equivalents.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support budget, contracts, grants, and program oversight for Head Start initiatives.
• Provide training and technical assistance as needed.
• Assist with program operations and disaster recovery planning.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
