Job summary

FM Talent is seeking an Information Management Analyst to support the Office of Head Start (OHS). The role focuses on aggregating, analyzing and presenting data from multiple sources, and developing reports, correspondence and presentations.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, at least 3 years of related experience, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Smartsheet, plus strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to task activities from an accredited university or college.
• At least 3 years of relevant post-baccalaureate professional experience directly related to the task activities.
• Proficiency in utilizing a variety of web-based and commercial off the shelf data management software packages.
• Ability to aggregate, analyze and present data gathered from multiple sources.
• Ability to develop reports, correspondence and presentations to include Excel spreadsheets, MS Word documents, and Power Point presentations.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing, and produce high quality written products such as memoranda, presentations, note taking, and correspondence.
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with Pivot tables
• Experience with Smartsheet
