I’m working with a Series D banking-tech company that powers digital issuance, core banking, and money movement for top-tier banks and fintechs around the world.

They’re hiring a Senior Product Lead to drive U.S. strategy across deposits and liability products — including checking, savings, and fixed-term accounts. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that blends product leadership, regulatory alignment, operational strategy, and go-to-market execution.

What You’ll Own:

• Product Vision & Execution: Lead the roadmap for key deposit-focused systems and internal transaction processing tools that support checking, savings, and fixed-term accounts.
• Platform Development: Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance internal money movement infrastructure and account services.
• Operational Enablement: Help define tooling and workflows for deposit servicing, including risk, account management, and fraud support.
• Vendor & Network Integrations: Contribute to integrations with third-party services—such as identity verification, transaction monitoring, and domestic payments (e.g. instant transfers and ACH).
• Risk & Compliance Alignment: Partner with legal and compliance to ensure alignment with evolving U.S. banking standards.
• Commercial Enablement: Participate in early customer conversations and support platform walkthroughs during the sales cycle.
• Client Delivery: Help shape product deployments and implementation strategy alongside technical and commercial teams.

Ideal Experience:

• Can convert regulatory or market nuances into clear product requirements.
• Comfortable interfacing with external stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams.
• Skilled at simplifying technical architecture for a range of audiences.

Preferred Background:
