What You Will Do

As a Lead Product Manager, Roadmap, you will take ownership of key roadmap initiatives that will drive the long term success of Marvel Strike Force. You will report to the Head of Roadmap and collaborate extensively with other Product Managers, Live Operators, Producers, and Design to build features that meet our KPI goals and strategic vision.

Your Strategic Expertise, Strong Feature Ownership, And Collaborative Spirit Will Be Crucial In Assisting Us To Define Our Roadmap Priorities And The Future Of Marvel Strike Force. You Will

  • Define KPI targets and priorities that will allow us to most effectively and measurably meet our goals. Craft and pitch one pagers, briefs, specs, and other feature development artifacts.
  • Own and develop high impact roadmap features from ideation to release to post launch maintenance in collaboration with cross-discipline partners such as Design, UI/UX, Engineering, and Production
  • Develop and prioritize problem spaces and feature goals in collaboration with Design and the Head of Roadmap
  • Leverage competitive intelligence and data analytics to gain insights on competitor performance, MSF feature performance, and player behaviors to guide our roadmap priorities and feature development
  • Define and execute feature release strategies through collaboration with the Marketing, UA, Community Management and Live Ops teams
  • Lead and mentor other Product Managers in feature ownership, goal driven development, and analytical thinking

What We’re Looking For

  • Experienced Product Lead who has extensive experience in the mobile F2P space and deep understanding of the collection RPG space, F2P economies and systems, and player motivations
  • Extensive experience as a feature owner who has a strong understanding of how to drive features through the development process all the way to release
  • Strong multi-tasker and self-starter who can effectively and independently own multiple features and collaborative relationships
  • Excellent communicator who is able to present and champion their ideas and features to peers, collaborators, and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated cross-collaboration skills, working effectively with Product, Design, and LiveOps teams
  • Proficiency in interpreting and acting on complex data sets to inform decision-making.
  • MBA or Degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, Finance is a plus

For candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY, and WA, the annual salary range is provided below. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for equity, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time off. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$169,600 - $253,000 USD
