The Opportunity

As Chief Product Officer, you will report directly to the CEO and lead the product strategy and execution across all lines of business. You’ll be responsible for setting a long-term vision that supports financial health for a broad customer base while scaling the product organization to deliver simple, reliable, and impactful financial tools.

What You’ll Do

• Define and lead the overall product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy
• Manage and grow a cross-functional product organization spanning consumer banking, credit, payments, and platform infrastructure
• Collaborate with design, engineering, risk, operations, marketing, and legal to ship products that are secure, compliant, and customer-first
• Use data, research, and behavioral insights to continuously improve product experiences
• Drive clarity around prioritization and tradeoffs, especially in a fast-scaling environment
• Foster a high-performance, outcomes-focused product culture rooted in empathy and accountability
• Represent the product org to the board, executive team, and external stakeholders

What You Bring

• Executive-level product leadership in a consumer-facing fintech or mobile-first technology company
• Experience leading large product teams in a high-growth environment from Series B or C through late-stage or public scale
• Strong intuition for user experience coupled with fluency in data, experimentation, and growth models
• Deep understanding of compliance, risk, and regulatory considerations in financial services
• Ability to inspire, coach, and retain top-tier product talent
• Mission-driven mindset and a customer-obsessed approach to problem solving
