Amazon Inc. is seeking a Sr. HDD Hardware Engineer, S3 Storage Hardware, OEM Drives, at our Denver campus.

You will lead hardware development from concept through production for HDD technology, including HAMR integration, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑density storage solutions for AWS. You will analyze fleet data, drive firmware improvements, and scale operations across millions of drives while maintaining cost and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, verifying, and validating HDD systems.
• Deep understanding of HDD function and system interactions.
• Ability to develop functional specifications and test procedures.

Responsibilities
