Waste Pro USA Inc. is seeking experienced Heavy-duty Class 8 Diesel technicians to diagnose and repair engine, transmission, brake, suspension, electrical, hydraulic, body components and systems.

The role may involve welding and fabrication of heavy and light duty trucks. We offer a retention bonus up to $7,500 (based on level), monthly tool allowance ($90–$110 based on tenure), boot allowance ($200/year), and comprehensive benefits with health, dental, 401k, PTO, plus in-house training from

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge to diagnose and repair heavy- and light-duty truck systems including diesel, gasoline and CNG.
• Ability to perform inspections, diagnose failures and plan repairs.
• Familiarity with factory service manuals and safety policies.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair fleet vehicles including Mack, IHC, Autocar, Heil, McNeilus.
• Perform preventive maintenance and safety checks on refuse and recycling fleet.
• Document all repairs and follow safety procedures.
• Assist teammates and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Utilize vehicle electronics to interpret failure modes and coordinate repairs.
