Bavarian Nordic, a global vaccine company, is seeking a Senior HCP Manager for JYNNEOS/US Marketing. This remote role leads the U.S.

HCP strategy, designs integrated omnichannel programs, and partners with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, and Commercial Operations to ensure compliant, impactful messaging. You will own segmentation, targeting, messaging, KPIs, and budget, shaping HCP engagement across personal, non-personal, and digital channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or another relevant advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biopharma commercial roles, including U.S. HCP marketing leadership.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a regulated U.S. promotional environment.
• Experience managing external agencies, marketing budgets, and investments.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills; ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Translate clinical/market data into compliant HCP content; knowledge of FDA guidelines.
• Proficient with CRM and marketing tech platforms such as Veeva; entrepreneurial mindset.
• Preferred: vaccines landscape experience, ACIP knowledge, or launching new markets.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual JYNNEOS HCP marketing strategy aligned with goals and budget.
• Refine HCP segmentation and targeting using prescribing/claims data.
• Design and execute omnichannel programs across personal, non-personal, digital channels.
• Lead Medical, Regulatory, and Legal review; ensure compliant, on-brand materials.
• Define KPIs and dashboards; translate data into optimization recommendations.
• Partner with Sales, Channel Marketing, Commercial Ops, Medical Affairs, Market Access.
• Manage external agencies, timelines, and promotional investments.
