Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director, FILSPARI HCP Marketing to lead U.S. HCP and P2P marketing for FILSPARI (sparsentan). You will translate strategies into compliant content, manage agency partners, and oversee tactics within approved budgets.

The role reports to the Director, HCP Marketing and requires independent leadership across multiple workstreams with up to 25% domestic travel. Expect collaboration across Marketing Services, Commercial Operations, and field teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Business/Marketing or Life Sciences; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive marketing experience in biotech/pharma or related agency.
• Experience with HCP marketing, regulated content, and agency leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated U.S. HCP and P2P marketing strategies for FILSPARI.
• Lead content creation, agency coordination, and Promotional Review Committee processes.
• Support national Sales meetings, field training, and operator collaboration.
• Collaborate with Sales, Digital Marketing, Contracts, and Procurement on resources and budgets.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and vendor management to meet business objectives.
