Travere Therapeutics seeks a Senior Thought Leader Liaison to lead national and regional KOL engagement for rare kidney diseases, focusing on FILSPARI (sparsentan) for IgAN and potential FSGS indications. The role is remote, reports to the Director, Thought Leader Liaisons, and collaborates across Marketing, Analytics, Sales, Patient Advocacy, Compliance, and Medical Affairs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of related Marketing and/or pharmaceutical field experience.
• Minimum of 5+ years of direct experience as a Thought Leader Liaison.
• Nephrology experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Life Sciences; MBA preferred.
• Ability to travel 50-60% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional cross-functional KOL engagement plans with brand and field teams.
• Collaborate with marketing to identify KOL partnerships and recruit KOLs.
• Analyze KOL sentiment and market trends to inform strategic planning.
• Ensure compliant, fair-balanced messaging in speaker programs and promotions.
• Select promotional speakers and manage contracting and training.
• Work with field partners to vet qualified speakers aligned to brand needs.
• Support educational efforts with contracted speakers.
