Job summary
Valiant Technologies LLC is seeking a Senior Workday Developer / Technical Architect with 10+ years of enterprise application development experience. You will lead complex Workday implementations, design scalable integrations, and drive modernization across HR systems in a global enterprise.
You will architect integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Cloud Connect, and provide technical leadership for HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent modules.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of enterprise application development experience.
- Extensive experience with Workday HCM and Workday integrations.
- Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Cloud Connectors.
- Developed complex Workday integrations using SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, and JSON.
- Implemented Workday security configurations and role-based access controls.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Workday HCM implementations, upgrades, and enterprise integration projects.
- Design and architect complex Workday integration solutions using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Cloud Connect Connectors.
- Provide technical leadership for Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation modules.
- Develop advanced integrations using SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, JSON, and Workday Web Services.
- Architect inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party enterprise applications.
- Design and implement complex business processes, approval workflows, and security configurations.
