Qualifications

• Experience implementing HRIS systems and leading Workday deployments.
• Experience capturing requirements, configuring solutions, and data conversion.
• Experience testing Workday configurations and ensuring successful go-live.

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and configure the Workday solution.
• Develop prototype configurations to demonstrate capabilities to clients.
• Assist client in testing the Workday solution and validate results.
• Help convert legacy data into Workday.
• Assist the Integration team with test integrations to third-party systems.
• Follow Workday implementation methodology on all engagements.
• Mentor peers and share product knowledge.
