Job summary

e4health in the United States is seeking an HCC Auditor to perform quality assurance reviews of medical records and validate HCC coding accuracy in a remote setting.

Responsibilities include auditing to 95%+ accuracy, reporting trends, and providing training to coders and providers, while maintaining productivity and confidentiality; candidates must hold an AHIMA or AAPC CRC credential and have at least 3 years of coding experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold AHIMA or AAPC CRC credential and have held it for 3+ years.
• Minimum 3 years of coding experience; 30 hours per week preferred.
• HCC coding experience preferred and US-based work history.
• Must be available Jan-April 2027 and reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Complete quality assurance reviews for clients.
• Audit charts for HCC/risk adjustment with accuracy.
• Report quality results and track educational opportunities.
• Provide training and support to coders and providers.
• Maintain productivity and confidentiality of patient records.
