Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in hazardous materials testing and consultation.
• Experience with asbestos, lead-based paint, mold, PCB, and other hazards.
• Experience with federal clients (USACE, DoD, EPA, etc.).
• Ability to obtain/maintain access to federal facilities and project sites.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct HBMS for asbestos, lead, PCBs and other hazardous materials.
• Perform IH monitoring for airborne contaminants and noise; mold assessments and remediation design.
• Prepare proposals, work plans, fieldwork, reports; coordinate with regulators and clients.
• Demonstrate professional communication with project teams and stakeholders.
• Oversee subcontractors, budgets, schedules and compliance; deliver monthly progress reports.
