Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace or related field from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years with a Master’s; or PhD without experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of electrical harnesses and related components from concept to production.
• Create 3D routing models, 2D drawings, wiring diagrams, and pinout documentation.
• Own harness routing designs and flattened harness drawings using CAD tools.
• Define components (connectors, cables, wires, shielding) per technical requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and support design reviews.
