Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in harm reduction or public health settings.
• Strong grant management and budgeting capabilities.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and reporting requirements.
• Ability to develop and monitor program quality indicators.
• Experience coordinating with finance for invoicing and payments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee programmatic operations for harm reduction programs and ensure timely program reports.
• Monitor data quality, service delivery milestones, and data entry accuracy.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and evaluate program performance.
• Provide analyses of contracts and budgets; support grant proposals and reporting.
• Coordinate with finance for vouchering, invoicing, and payments processing.
• Ensure funder expectations are met and programs remain compliant.
• Guide staff supervision, professional development, and scheduling.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate outreach and promotional activities as needed.
• Develop partnerships with community organizations to support referrals and care access.
