Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in system testing, hardware validation, or related engineering discipline.
• Strong understanding of hardware architecture, electrical systems, and hardware integration testing.
• Familiarity with electrical schematics, PCB layouts, electronic components, and design requirements.
• Experience with testing mission-critical hardware products and system qualification or reliability testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware system integration testing throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans and procedures.
• Perform system-level testing and troubleshooting to identify hardware and component-level issues.
• Analyze test data, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and overseas contract manufacturers to ensure product performance.
