This on-site role requires hands-on work with PCBAs, schematics, and bench equipment, collaborating with multiple engineering teams to ensure robust product validation.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience with electronics hardware and the ability to document test results and root causes clearly in a laboratory setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in electronics, hardware testing, or system testing.
• Ability to read and update electrical schematics and prepare ECOs.
• Experience with power conversion circuits and timing-related circuitry.
• Hands-on experience with bench test equipment and lab organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to report test results clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware system integration, functional, and validation testing.
• Set up, configure, operate, and maintain test equipment.
• Identify and troubleshoot hardware and system-level issues.
• Document test results, failure conditions, and root causes.
• Prepare and process ECOs for hardware changes.
• Maintain laboratory organization and test documentation.
