Job summary

Digital Dynamics, Inc. is seeking a Systems Test Technician to support hardware testing, integration, troubleshooting, and ECOs for PCBAs and system-level assemblies.

You will work with Systems, Electrical, Software, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to verify test plans, collect data, and implement fixes in a hands-on lab environment. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with electronic hardware, schematics, bench equipment, and root-cause analysis, and can clearly document results.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in Electronics or related field.
• 10+ years in electronics hardware or system testing.
• Strong understanding of PCBAs, schematics, and hardware systems.
• Ability to read and update schematics and create ECOs.
• Experience with IPC standards for rework.
• Proficient with bench test equipment and documenting test results.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware system integration, functional and validation testing.
• Set up and operate test equipment; maintain test setups.
• Troubleshoot hardware and timing-related circuitry.
• Document test results and root causes.
• Support ECOs and hardware changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain organized lab and ensure tool upkeep.
