Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation in Santa Clara, CA seeks a Lead Hardware Design Validation Engineer to own validation across GPU, datacenter, and automotive platforms. You will lead a skilled team, set test strategies, and partner across design, manufacturing, and ODMs to ensure products meet spec and ship successfully.

The role requires hands-on power validation, high-speed IO expertise, and lab automation leadership. Travel to manufacturing sites may be needed to support NPI builds.

Qualifications

BS+ in EE/CE or equivalent with strong hardware validation background.
Proven leadership overseeing validation through full product cycles.
Experience with PCIe/SerDes, Ethernet, USB, and display validation.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end product validation from architecture/design to mass production.
Lead and mentor design validation engineers and cross-functional teams.
Define system test plans for power, IO, clocks, telemetry, and firmware.
Drive validation status, risks, and milestone readiness with stakeholders.
Guide manufacturing test approaches and improve yield.
Collaborate with vendors to complete validation activities and debug complex issues.
