Job summary

NVIDIA in Santa Clara, CA seeks a senior validation engineer to lead the creation and upkeep of validation plans and procedures for L6-L11 products. You will partner with hardware, software, firmware, system, and validation teams to define coverage, prerequisites, configurations, and acceptance criteria.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in hardware/system validation or related roles.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into practical instructions.
• Experience with cross-disciplinary collaboration and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of validation plans, test procedures, and documentation.
• Collaborate across hardware, software, firmware, system, and validation engineers to define coverage and criteria.
• Translate requirements into clear, repeatable instructions for setup, data collection, and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical guidance and training to internal engineers and partners.
• Establish templates, version control, and traceability between requirements, procedures, and results.
• Keep documentation aligned with revisions and changes to hardware/software.
• Incorporate feedback to improve usability and efficiency.
