Job summary

Sesame is seeking a senior Electrical TPM to own the program from architecture to EVT/DVT/PVT for a compact wearable device. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Electrical, Silicon, Firmware, Product Design and Manufacturing, and manage supplier relationships and factory tests.

You will drive sensor integration, calibration plans, and factory test, while steering risk, schedules, and vendor interactions. Travel up to 25% is expected in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related field with practical experience.
• 5+ years in hardware program management or electrical design for consumer electronics.
• Experience releasing PCBs and flex circuits through EVT/DVT/PVT or equivalent.
• Experience managing PCB, SMT and component suppliers and delivery schedules.
• Strong written communication and documented program plans.
• Ability to travel internationally, up to 25%.
• Hands-on bring-up, failure analysis and vendor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the electrical program schedule from architecture through EVT, DVT and PVT.
• Drive cross-functional execution across Electrical, Silicon, Firmware, Product Design and Manufacturing.
• Program-manage sensing subsystems: sensor selection, tuning, calibration and factory test.
• Track DOEs and coordinate board, flex and component suppliers.
• Plan electrical materials and build matrices for prototype builds across vendors.
• Run failure analysis triage for electrical issues with defined owners and due dates.
• Maintain the electrical section of the program's master issues list and weekly status.
• Track long-lead and end-of-life component risk and mitigate before builds.
• Travel to contract manufacturers and supplier sites for builds and bring-up.
