Job summary
Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC in Redmond, WA is seeking a Senior Hardware Technical Program Manager to lead hardware development for the Customer Terminal. You will coordinate with Electrical, Antenna, Product Design, and Industrial Design teams to meet KPI and schedule requirements.
The role emphasizes collaboration with overseas teams, prioritization of issues, and driving rigorous design reviews, while aligning hardware deliverables with software milestones and diagnostics.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
- 5+ years of technical program management experience with software engineering teams.
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Lead hardware development of a single customer terminal device with the hardware architect and teams.
- Scale communications to the correct audience for decisions to be made.
- Collaborate with overseas internal and external teams on product development.
- Evolve design review checkpoint mechanisms for timely decisions.
- Manage and communicate critical issues and milestones to meet KPIs and timelines.
