Job summary

Amazon Robotics OBDA-Sortation is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead hardware program delivery for the Sortation vertical. You will own the full program lifecycle from concept through validation, multi-site deployment, and sustaining field support.

You will drive end-to-end hardware programs across engineering, deployment, manufacturing, and supply chain, owning schedules, change control, procurement, and site readiness for rapid scale in Sortation Centers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field

Responsibilities

• You will own end-to-end delivery of sortation hardware programs across all engineering disciplines, holding the schedule and the critical path across teams that do not report to you and driving technical decisions to closure on the record.
• You will own the change-control cadence for the hardware portfolio, ensuring our contract manufacturers and deployment partners build to the released revision.
• You will own the procurement path for program hardware, translating supplier lead times on long-lead components into schedule risk before they become launch impacts.
• You will own launch readiness for site deployments through the go/no-go decision and the handover to site Reliability Maintenance Engineering and Operations, and you will sustain solutions already in the field.
