Job summary

Hayden AI is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead hardware programs across the product lifecycle, collaborating with leaders to turn strategy into roadmaps that deliver high-quality results on time. You will own end-to-end delivery for edge AI hardware and drive governance to ensure program readiness and executive alignment.

The role requires 12+ years in hardware TPM or engineering program management, with a strong background in embedded systems or computer vision.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in engineering or related field.
• 12+ years in hardware TPM or engineering program management.
• Led 5+ multi-disciplinary hardware products from 0-to-1 through production.
• Deep knowledge of NPI lifecycle (EVT, DVT, PVT, MP), phase gate governance, and CM/supplier management.
• Experience with hardware reliability, regulatory compliance (FCC, CE), and supply chain risk.
• Strong technical foundation in embedded systems, hardware/software integration, or computer vision systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of enterprise hardware programs.
• Bridge executive business goals and technical execution across the org.
• Lead edge AI & on-vehicle systems integration with perception and platform teams.
• Define phase gates and milestones; ensure cross-functional readiness and alignment.
• Oversee NPI lifecycle and vendor delivery from prototype to mass production.
• Translate field feedback and regulatory requirements into hardware specs.
