Job summary

DoorDash Labs is building autonomous delivery robots and other automation solutions. As the Hardware TPM, you will drive cross-functional programs spanning hardware, firmware, software, and operations to bring prototypes to production.

Qualifications

• B.S., M.S., or PhD in engineering (robotics, mechanical, electrical, or CS).
• 8+ years of industry experience in engineering and program management.
• Experience with software and hardware development processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, testing, validation, and manufacturing of robotics hardware.
• Coordinate hardware, software, firmware, controls, autonomy, and ops across teams.
• Manage hardware programs from requirements to mass production overseas where applicable.
• Oversee vendor relationships for prototyping and mass production.
