Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 7+ years of Electrical/Test Engineering experience.
• Experience developing automated test systems using NI LabVIEW and TestStand.
• Familiar with MATLAB, Simulink and Cameo.
• Collaborating across engineering, manufacturing, quality and purchasing teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze embedded military systems to define and implement effective test methods.
• Design and develop test environments, fixtures, and equipment.
• Author and maintain test procedures, reports, and documentation.
• Plan, oversee, and execute qualification and production testing.
• Provide Design for Testability input and support design reviews.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Test and provide training.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and status reporting for tasks.
• Evaluate supplier components and test-related services.
• Demonstrate troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Work independently and with teams to meet technical, cost, and schedule goals.
