Responsibilities

• Diagnose, test, repair, and validate AI compute hardware as part of the Oracle Repair Center.
• Perform advanced hardware troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and physical repair of AI infrastructure.
• Validate Compute Trays using standardized repair and test processes.
• Complete engineering observation reports and repair documentation for manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams.
• Assist during coolant leak events and support on-call rotations for critical incidents.
