Magnit is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead hardware strategy and operations in the Advanced Technology Labs. You will synthesize strategy with execution, shaping roadmaps and investment choices while coordinating across R&D, finance, manufacturing, and leadership teams.

This high-visibility role demands strong technical credibility and cross-functional leadership to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

BS/MS/PhD in Electrical, Computer or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
Experience with semiconductors, IC/ASIC, packaging, photonics or related hardware.
7+ years in technology organizations with TPM, R&D or operations roles.
Strong technical credibility and ability to engage with engineers and leaders.
Proven ability to drive alignment and deliver results across cross-functional teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

Lead program management for hardware initiatives, establish execution frameworks, manage risks.
Coordinate with R&D, Finance, Product Planning, Manufacturing, HR to deliver strategic commitments.
Track actions, risks, dependencies, milestones and drive timely resolution.
Establish cadences and governance for accountability and execution.
Develop plans, dashboards, and executive reporting for visibility.
Drive annual planning, budgeting, and workforce planning with senior leadership.
Prepare leadership reviews, updates, and communications for executives.
